"We had a little trouble at the beginning with a few cleanliness situations but I messaged them on telephone number and the next day they were quickly resolved. It felt safe and everything ran very smoothly after that. The breakfast was awesome. My neice who has stayed at other higher end motels that also serve breakfast said this was superior to any of them. No regrets in booking this stay."

"We had an INCREDIBLE time at this property. Check-in was a breeze - we never even saw any staff the entire time. We had a code to get into our rooms which was very simple (once we realized we were typing it in wrong, oops). The decks were amazing with fire pits and chairs. The loft was perfect for our small kids (2 & 4) however I would suggest putting some sort of safety netting or retractable railing for added safety. The bathroom was great and the bed was SO COMFY! "Check in was at 4 and we didn’t get a room until 5:30 so that was disappointing. Lots of kids around but it was nice having access to 18+ pools. The pools were great and service was excellent! Could use an upgrade on the beds in the Deluxe rooms. Worth the money of staying at the resort as you have 24 hour access to pools. Nights out there are amazing! "

"This was a spectacular property! Miles off the main road on a dirt road. We ended up with an entire house to ourselves . Gorgeous , comfortable and the views stunning! Carolyn our host was amazing and very observant to the needs of her guests. We went to the main house for a home cooked delicious breakfast each morning . Carolyn kept in contact with anything we might need. She also found my husband's wedding ring inadvertently left at the bedside after we left and contacted us right away....

"No frills hotel/motel but very well located and friendly service. The owner has made smart choices in updating this hotel. Elevated furnishings, clean and safe. This hotel also offers free breakfast and a hot springs/hot tub area but I did not partake. They are located on the riverwalk and have a lovely covered sitting area near the park/pond. I walked into town and it was an easy and cute stroll to all the restaurants, etc in town. "

Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. Keyah has a lot of great reviews and they deserve it as McKenzie makes a wonderful hostess and chef. The panoramic views and hikes are impeccable.
