"Perfect place for a night over between flights. The hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle to and from for easy and free transportation. The lavish breakfast was much appreciated. And the decor and wide open sunlit areas were really lovely to walk into."

"No instructions for the room amenities. We didn’t know if the water was free and had to ring 5 times for someone to answer. We then found the seal for the water was already broken. When the person next to you in the bed moved the whole bed rocked. There was music playing outside until 11pm. Someone tried to get in our room at 5am. Had a very bad night sleep."

"When you walk it has a hostel feel to it. So initially I was disappointed. When I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small, but have everything convience you need. I just had the studio. It has a full kitchen and washing machine/dryer. It was immaculately clean. The restaurants were tremendous. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was really good. There is a High end Whiskey bar on level -3 from 7pm till 1pm, with very cool vibes. Maz was absolutely adorable and attentive...

"The hotel was good and I really liked the room, especially there being a mini kitchen. To build on, the food was incredible! What made me sad was that the pool and hot tub are only for people 16 or above, and I traveled with two kids who were both under that age. We were all bummed about it, but overall this hotel was a nice place to relax."

Unfortunately we experienced several items within our room that didn’t work or were in bad repair - broken AC, water pipes that “screamed” when having a shower and frayed rugs. However, The new wing of the hotel where most guests stay , is now 25 years old. It is in need of refurbishment. Still, the rooms are large, clean, with lovely traditional furnishings.
