"Fabulous hotel - great location"

"Good hotel but it did not feel as luxurious as I was hoping for."

"The staff here was excellent and welcoming. Property close to alot of stores and places to eat! Would recommend"

"The staff were very friendly"

"Da was extremely helpful and kind ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a family connecting room with a hallway. It was like we had an apartment. It’s also in a perfect location. Even though it’s across the street to the university hospital is was very quiet. Yet, you turn the corner and you’re in the action packed old quarter."

"Absolutely outstanding experience at Hôtel du Lac Signature Hanoi! The customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced at any hotel, anywhere in the world. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. The hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth were second to none. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Sehr herzliches, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Man konnte hier sowohl von der Karte bestellen, als auch sich am Buffet bedienen. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und gut ausgestattet. Der Rooftop Pool war ein Highlight besonders Abends über den Dächern von Hanoi."

Their kindness and hospitality really stood out...

The rooftop pool and bar are fairly average, but after a long day of pavement pounding, a cool-off dip is exactly what you need. The rooms were clean, but there was an unpleasant sewage-like smell that...
