"On arrival first impressions were very clean and very well organised with very polite and helpful staff, check-in was swiftly processed, breakfast is cheaper if ordered at the time of check-in £22 per couple or £13 per single, breakfast included the choice of everything you could possibly want and more!
Room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and very large with space to open your suitcases and repack as we do before flying.

"Breakfast was fine. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.
Very disappointed that we were not advised in advance there would be major building construction at the hotel. More so right outside our window. In addition to having carpentry work on the doors with tools blocking the corridor inside.
A strange phenomenon was the toilet. My wife and I both disabled found it near impossible to flush the toilet. The flushing button was difficult to access and use especially at night.

"The hotel is clean and modern. However, I found menu items overpriced for the quality of the food. Also the dispenser in the room for hand lotion and hair shampoo and conditioner were empty.
The front staff at reception were fast and knowledgeable which I appreciated."

"Very friendly hotel and extremely accommodating. They allowed me early check-in and late check-out, which made a big difference. Excellent value for money, and there was no language barrier at all as all staff spoke English not polish.
