Unit had tracking on it and watched it move before it was turned off. Will be filing a police report and continuing to demand the issue be resolved and replacement of my device be satisfied"

"Staff was friendly but hotel is definitely suffering from old age pains? Only one elevator functioning, water refill in fitness center non functional, burned out lightbulbs, etc. Main question for me arose because I was feeling poorly and ordered some Zicam from Amazon, which was delivered within two hours to the front desk but no one at the front desk bothered to phone my room to let me know. If not for a later email from Amazon with proof of delivery we might never have known it had arrived....

"The location was decent, about a 10-minute drive from downtown Bellevue, which was convenient. However, the hotel itself felt quite dated. We booked a King Studio Suite with Sofa Bed, which was advertised as 375 sq ft, but it felt much smaller in reality. Once the sofa bed was opened, there was literally no room left for the coffee table. We had to stand it upright next to the sofa just to create enough walking space. "I was in Seattle for a cruised and needed a good hotel. I'd booked a different on but it was unclean and unsafe, so I booked at the Westin. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. It was busy because of the world cup, but this did not negatively effect my stay. I'd definitely come back. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was wonderful too."
