"Staff was friendly and helpful. Frig, microwave, keurig appreciated. Bed was very comfortable. Our room was clean and nightstands had excellent lamps. Great stay. Also Denny's open 24 hour was across the street. Provided list of restaurants. Thai restaurant was good, don't order the calamari though."

"First off this is an older hotel but it's nonetheless quite nice and comfortable. It's in a good part of town, not far from a large grocery store (important if your making any hikes, treks in the nearby parks and trails as you can then make your own sandwiches and buy ample beverages for your journeys). The room was clean and HUGE with ample parking. The bed was comfortable and the bedding, especially the pillows were excellent. The town is great, a bit quaint but inviting. I saw there were two "old school" movie theaters in operation on the main drag which if I were staying longer I would have gone to... . Local people are approachable and friendly. Again, this is an older hotel but well kept and close to everything you could want at an affordable price."

"Loved, loved, loved it!! Have no bad things to say about this hotel. Loved the room wth the view over the river and walkway and the outdoor patio. Really enjoyed the city and the meal we had on the lower level outdoor grill. The waiter was extremely helpful in suggesting Pizza places - so much so that we drove 25 miles out of town to go to the Old Schoolhouse to have lunch. YOU MUST go to this place - so unique, great service and pizza and just nostalgic with such character and charm!! We liked having an Albertsons right nearby for incidentals and all the great choices for dining and entertainment. We spent a week going to 6 different major cities in Colorado and Durango was by far our favorite in part because of this nice hotel. Unfortunately we would not be able to afford to stay here for a week, so we stayed for 2 nights - whereas all the other stops we only stayed for one night (Silverthorne, Gunnison, Salida, Idaho Springs). We did have a little problem with the in room frig working, but they came up within 30 min and opted to just bring us another one instead of making us wait to see if the adjustments made would work. We had brought leftovers from our previous eve dinner, all our water bottles, apples, dairy free creamer, cheese dip, etc and had to have a working frig. Within an hour we were set up and out the door to explore. UNBEATABLE SERVICE!!"

"Very nice property! It was awesome to stay in for a few days. Just 10 minutes away to the Mesa Verde entrance and about 30 minutes to Durango. Mancos itself is also quite a gem in the Four Corners region! Would stay here again in the future!"
