"One of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. The property and the rooms are gorgeous, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. But what really makes this place is the staff, no request big or small is too much trouble, most of the time during my stay Olga was always there to ask how my day was, offer a drink or provide suggestions on places to see or where to eat. "We had an amazing experience. Would highly recommend. The location is great! Extremely secure and safe. Sound proof although it is on the junction of busy roads. Everything is at walking distance. Metro, tram, grocery stores, cafes, and even a clinic and pharmacy was near by. However make sure you receive your access code before hand. "Great property and location"

"The room was kept clean but the matress was very old to the point that it was uneven. I got the deluxe room with window to the street. There was a pub and very noisy at nights. Staff was friendly but the cleaning service still went into my room after I placed the "Do not disturb" sign outside the door. A fairly good location though."

"Centrally located and short walk to all the sights. Good restaurants, bars and shops all located within minutes. We had a standard apartment (308) with a comfortable king size bed, small seating area and good size kitchen. The bathroom was well designed and luxurious like the whole apartment. Check in process was easy to follow and well communicated. We left our bags on arriving at a sister venue which was a mere 5 minute walk to the apartment. Overall highly recommended. "
