Great service

Luxury in gili air

From the moment we were collected from the airport we knew we were in safe hands. Cold towel and water upon arrival and even wifi for the car journey to the hotel made the long journey bearable! The rest of the 4 days were amazing, from trekking to waterfalls, to swimming with turtles and even feeding the Angel fish over on the Gili Islands were experiences we'll treasure forever. The team at Lombok are incredible, nothing is ever too much trouble, they are all super friendly and there if you...

Casa Koko, what an incredible find! The house is situated just off the harbour and is in the perfect location for everything that you need. The house is beautiful and even though it's just off the Main Street, you can't hear any of the noise- it's your own little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. There is a sizeable private pool and outdoor dining area- perfect for eating breakfast in the sun, as well as a 6" bed and spacious bathroom. The best thing about Casa Koko (apart from the private...

Gorgeous room, so appropriate for the island setting too. The staff were simply wonderful.

Pink Coco offers a high standard of accommodation with lovely well equipped rooms leading past the bar down to the beach. We stayed as a party of four so that we could attend my son's wedding. The staff took care of every aspect of our stay in a really professional way. Service was always delightful. Staff remember your names and are so friendly and helpful that you miss them when you leave. The standard of English spoken was really good, so there were no mix ups with orders or instructions. This is an amazing hotel with a beautiful outlook onto the sea and Bali in the distance. The staff was extremely good in all ways, very attentive (eg providing iced water by the pool without being asked) and the food was excellent. We were there to relax, and that is exactly what we did.

A haze-free trip!! Lombok was totally unaffected by the recent haze that has been affecting the whole region. For a start, Sudamala has provided an excellent service for our honeymoon trip! Special thanks to Sudamala staffs, Zul and Taufik for both fetching and driving us from and to Lombok International Airport. They're pleasant, energetic and very well-versed with the island's history and background. Willing to speak and very patient with all our conversation and queries. :) Scooter c/w...

Really well run, delightful hotel. All the staff were fabulously friendly and efficient - from the front desk to the waiting staff to the gardeners and cleaners. A joy to be around - can't praise them highly enough. Spacious rooms extremely well designed and decorated and bed super-comfortable. Good strong shower in sheltered outdoor area off the bathroom. The views are beautiful and the grounds beautifully maintained- the whole place looks very pretty, especially at night. Food delicious and...
