"Pretty much spot on. Staff were great, food was a touch expensive, but I accept that as it’s a hotel. Was pretty good though. Now, only let down was the temperature of the room, BUT I knew there was no air con. It is made really clear on the website. Would recommend. "

"Friendly & welcoming staff. We were able to leave our luggage with reception when we arrived prior to checking in time. We did have to ring the bell outside initially, then wait for a member of staff to let us in. We had 2 rooms booked & these were very nice rooms, one being very spacious. "When we arrived on a Saturday late afternoon, it was like entering a nightclub. There was a wedding with an open DJ above the bar area. It was so loud you couldn’t easily hear the staff. When in our room, the music was booming through. We asked to move to another room and they were able to facilitate this. Staff were polite and helpful.
