"The staff were not overly helpful. I asked someone at the front desk to call me a taxi and they said they couldn’t so they gave me the number. When I said I couldn’t call because of the international number they seemed annoyed. I tried to get lunch one day and they told me the chef wouldn’t be in for another hour despite it being within the lunch hours they posted. The rooms were also very outdated."

No walk in showers which make it difficult for people not able to use bath. "Very clean room and bathroom, full length anti slip mat for the bath. Excellent tea could have done with more on the room. Hotel close to town centre and easy to find. Advise that you patk in the car park under the hotel, entrance is before the hotel car park entrance. Pool, sauna clean and relaxing environment"

"Great clean property, fantastic breakfast offering for good value. Parking is next door in the multi storey. A note about the multi storey (outside the hotels control) however I recommend NOT using the EV chargers within that. Slow chargers that charge per hour, with a £5 surcharge. £12 will get you approx 2 hours of charging = 6kw!"

"I have to say I was so very impressed with the service at this particular hotel. From beginning to end the people who work here are polite and extremely willing to help in any way possible. Being a solo traveler, it is comforting to have people looking out for you - and absolutely lovely people at that! Even very early in the morning, (when I am definitely not at my best,) there were several staff members available, who with pleasant smiling faces made it much easier for me to go on my way....
