"The breakfast was pretty good. There was a power outage during our stay and the staff was great. They brought out glowsticks for the kids and flashlights. The power was restored within an hour. The only problem was the elevator acting up and taking a long time. We used the stairs. "

"Self check in was easier than I expected. It was just annoying that I had to access my email every time we needed to unlock our room door. It was in a good location, close to many restaurants, but not within walking distance to many of the sights. There was no onsite parking, but we found a parking garage about a five minute walk away for $20 a day. "Unhappily, I booked part of my trip with Expedia. When I extended my stay, I booked directly with Marriott. Marriott was cheaper!!"

"Everything was amazing at the property. Very professional and friendly. The Valet parking is actually super nice, I’ve never experienced that before. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable."

"Didn’t make it. Booked the hotel and a rental car through Expedia. Showed up to get the rental and they didn’t have it. Called every rental car played within a 50 mile radius and all were sold out. Messaged Expedia to let them know and I still got charged for the hotel. So I didn’t get to go on vacation and still had to pay. Thanks Expedia"

"Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though."

"My Hotel stay overall was great. Only issue I encountered the first day was what looked to be a stained/dirty comforter. I brought it to the attention of housekeeping and she immediately took it and replaced with a clean one. Staff is great here. Good location. "
