Clean, cosy room and really lovely staff, I didn’t have the breakfast but I did have a roast and it was fantastic. Will definitely stay again when I need to visit family

Property easy to find/park and get into They sent clear instructions of how to get in Room spacious and clean but the loo did have a mouldy water smell The only other issue was the room was freezing, there were two radiators but no thermostat. Shared kitchen was clean and well stocked
