"Really enjoyed our stay at this location. Conveniently situated near a busy plaza with lots of dining and shopping options. "Checked in around 5pm, and we’re given our keys to the room. When we got to the room, the room was open and a pile of dirty laundry was stacked in the doorway.
We found a cleaning person, who was able to stop what she was doing, to move all the linens. She reassured us the room was clean."

"Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs were runny, the biscuits were doughy, and the sausage was over cooked. Plates were left at other tables for for 30mins before being cleared, and the dinning area wasn't busy.
Wait staff was super friendly and helpful. Dinner was good overall. The carpets in the hallways seemed like they were in the middle of being replaced so didn't feel as clean or welcoming as most Holiday Inns feel."

"The hotel was okay. However, they did not clean my room for 3 days even though I requested it on the second day. I was very disappointed. I normally stay at places where they clean your room every day. They should alert the guest at check-in about the cleaning schedule. I don't know if I would stay there again."
