"Convenient location great room"

"This property is in a great location and if you are someone who likes a “boutique hotel” vibe, then this is gonna be your aesthetic. My biggest issue on the trip is that when I went to take a shower, the hot water was out. I ran it for 10 minutes to no avail and contacted the front desk and they had engineers work on it. It was apparently a bigger issue than just my room but by the time I absolutely had to start getting ready, the water was still only lukewarm. I asked for the “resort fee” to be...

"No coffee in the room. No morning room service to bring coffee. The line was 4 people at the bar and not a worker or employee to be found. Would not stay again. To not be able to get a coffee is ridiculous."

"Problematic property and unexceptional stay. The rooms are tiny even for New York City and have no suitable chair or seating area - an uncomfortable metal hanging chair or a folding stool that can't actually be positioned at the folding desk as a workstation, so you have to sit on the bed to work. Also no closet (just hangers on pegs) and no drawers for storage (so I basically lived out of my suitcase). My room had a bad cigarette smoke smell for the first 48 hours, but when a maintenance...
