"Es war alles perfekt"

"Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*,...

The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. "Firstly the location .. right on the Venetian harbour.. close to everything! The room was beautiful- spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was very good ..a tick list with plenty of options and all felt fresh. The staff were excellent .. couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly! "The property is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I do not think the property is at 5 stars as the finishings in the room and attention to detail seemed rushed. Our phone and air were not working, the phone was fixed but we got tired about asking for help with the air as the room gets very muggy because there is not ventilation and a lot of windows. "
