"The owner was untrustworthy and we feel we were duped. I made this reservation on expedia for a room that had a queen and a fold out couch. I realized the day we were to arrive, I booked it for one person, so I informed them there would be three. The owner called back to say it is a room has only one bed for 2, the couch does not fold out and they could not provide a cot since he had no housekeeping the rest of the day. He said I could book a second room for the third person or cancel...

"Best stay of our trip in Italy. The room was very clean, and the hotel had a comfortable, well-designed atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.
They also kept their promise to arrange early morning airport transportation and scheduled a shuttle to pick us up at 4:00 AM for our flight with a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a reliable hotel near the airport for an early departure."

"We booked Ca’Nadia just to have a place to rest between our 10 AM checkout and our 6 AM flight to Madrid — and it ended up being one of the best decisions of our trip.
Check-in wasn’t supposed to be until 4 PM, but they graciously allowed us to check in FOUR hours early. After traveling, that kindness meant everything. Roberto went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind.

"Loved staying on Murano — quieter than Venice. The hotel arranged boat transfer from the airport that was easy and from there we did the vaperetto public boats to get around including to the train station without any problems. Room was a little smaller than I expected but the patio was huge and it was nice to have a private outdoor space. "
