"Lovely hotel and lovely room. Very clean and comfortable. I had issues connecting to the WiFi, which I'm sure the staff could help with if I contacted them, but I didn't bother on this occasion. The breakfast offering, for what it is, is very expensive, comprising of about 5 or 6 small bain maries with 2 different food items inside, some breakfast pastries, a small fridge with some fruits, and fresh juices / coffee machine. "Great location, very friendly staff !"

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"Central location close QV and Melbourne Central, with plenty of good cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable which suited my needs as I was staying in Melbourne for work. Though situated in a laneway, it can get a bit noisy early in the morning with deliveries and roadworks."
