"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal. "We stayed in a junior suite and it was perfect for us — spacious, spotless, and really comfortable. The staff were so helpful and the location is super central, close to everything. The only thing I’d change next time is to book a room on a higher floor, as ours didn’t get much natural light. Overall, a great stay!"

The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."
