"Good location for our purpose, room could do up a freshen up"

"Fantastic stay that was super clean with friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located and we were able to walk to everything. Restaurant and bar on site, unfortunately ours was a quick trip for a wedding so we weren’t able to try it, however we did order room service which was delicious! Only downside to the property is that their carpark is actually a Wilson parking lot located next door, the entry to which is a little confusing and the car park can be a bit tight for larger vehicles…...

"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal. "Location is ideal if you are attending any sporting events as it is on the border of AAMI park with easy access to Rod Laver arena and beyond. Richmond and all the bars and restaurants is just a corner away. I was very happy with the location. There is some road noise at night but nothing that limits your sleeping."

"Awesome hotel, The room was great. The location was ideal for the Princess Theatre and getting around the city. The hosted hour is a nice touch. The aircon would occasionally put out a bit of an odd smell but nothing that ruined our trip. Enjoy the man in the elevator....."

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."
