An amazing stay at Lanbruk Richmond Hill! Such a great little hotel, with a really spacious room and beautiful, modern amenities. Check in was super smooth, even though I arrived after hours, and the staff were lovely. Can't fault my stay here, it was convenient and a great experience.

I can’t fault the Lanbruk. We were welcomed by cheerful and attentive staff. Room was clean, stylish and very comfortable, well equipped for a few days’ stay. Plenty on offer within walking distance. Extra points for the lobby cafe! Recommend and would return.

A pleasant stay, I'd choose it again.

Very convenient location for me. A pleasant room with comfy bed and all amenities as described, clean and in good condition. I appreciated the dishwasher being part of the kitchen, also a coffee pod coffee maker with sufficient pods. There was some road noise in the day as my room was at the front, but it was quiet at night. There was a small cafe downstairs serving breakfast if wanted (pay separately). The roof balcony was appreciated too- a good space for when the weather is a bit warmer.

Be careful of poor communication. Expect that no one will be there to hear and help you in case you need assistance. They should have good effcetive communication at least during the stay. I liked the surroundings but hotel could improve in their professional and responsible compnents.

1. The room was located on a low floor, and I could clearly hear traffic and train noises throughout the night. It felt like sleeping on the street. 2. There was an ant nest on the kitchen floor, which raises serious hygiene concerns. 3. A red stain was found on the floor mat, which appeared to be blood or another unknown substance，extremely unhygienic.
