"Wonderful stay! The reception team was incredibly supportive and attentive throughout our visit. Their warm welcome and genuine smiles made us feel truly valued. We especially want to thank Steve and his new staff member, Kai, for their excellent hospitality and outstanding service. We surely will recommend to our friends."

"The spa bath in the room was tiny, smaller the my standard tub at home, with a shower over it. It wasn't very high standard. The room was made up on after night 1, thought dirty cups were left behind and bathroom amenities were not replenished. Generally the room was comfortable, though for the prove point was disappointed with the finishings"

"Staff went above and beyond and were so helpful. The member of staff on the front desk was so helpful when we arrived at 1am. Our room had been upgraded and we were helped with the valet parking for our car. We loved the pool. Amazing! Breakfast was really great and we spoke to one of the chefs Paulo ( I think) who talked us through how to poach such a great egg. Our room was so nice and I was grateful to have a bathtub which I had requested. All the help and hotel amenities was to a very high standard. Please can I convey our sincere thanks to all the lovely members of staff who helped us and for the upgraded room which was greatly appreciated. Thank you "

"This is my second time staying at the Victoria Hotel. The room was spotless, the bed comfy and check in easy. The location is in the heart of the CBD. My only thing is the rooms could do with a bit of colour but otherwise my overnight stay was great. The restaurant was excellent too. Highly recommend. "
