"I liked that the staff were very helpful, very accommodating, good food, drinks were plenty, live entertainment, many pools and bars on the facility. Tours were included.
Room was clean with proper functioning AC Unit.
Only thing I would say, no voltage adapter for converting Euro to American outlets, but was able to purchase at front desk for a small fee. Not enough bath soap, shampoo and conditioner."

"The spaciousness of the garden villa was excellent! Plenty of room to spread out although it was only 2 of us. The 2 bathrooms were convenient with both of us getting dressed. The kitchen had everything we needed including a corkscrew. "The location of the property was ideal and having easy beach access was great. We enjoyed Mamdo Beach. The cafe in the hotel was a wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. Our room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The view could have been better but we really didn’t spend much time in the room except to sleep. They need more parking. If parking is full and most nights it was we had to park next door and pay but the hotel did reimburse us."

"Kelly was not too hospitable and all the other Front Desk staff was great! She seemed as if she wasn’t happy to be there. We come on vacation to see cheerful, happy things, but I didn’t get that energy from her. Made it a gloom hoping she wasn’t at the desk when I went in for a question.
The Resort is located in a centralized location, close to everything. Casino, Mambo Beach, Downtown, Restaurants, etc. I have to come back and have a redo."
