"The tub needed some work and the couch was beat up but the recast of the room had been y Updated and the staff was great"

"There were some very loud people right outside our room. At midnight I asked management to quiet them down. At 230 am I told mgmt to either get them to atop or I would call the poloce. I turned up the heater in the room which was actually rattled and blew so loud it blocked some of the noise and we were able to fall asleep. At 430 am mgmt finally texted that they had been talked too! Which of course woke me back up. We got 3-4 hours chopped up sleep which driving from Fla to MI could be dangerous. The door does not seal so all the road and people noise is as if there were no door at all. The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. The morning clerk was very apologetic though."

"Rooms were clean. Bathroom had an unpainted area. Morning desk staff was unhelpful. Recommended local pizza vendor was the worst pizza we have ever had."

"Very very rude people Hotel very dirty. Not letting you know what’s going on. The elevator was broke air-conditioning system was broken. They did not even try to find me another room. I will never ever go to that hotel again."
