"We had loud music that kept us up till after midnight. The people in the next room were so loud we could hear everything that said. There was an oder as soon as we stepped inside."

"The beds were wonderful! Clean and comfortable! But the floor was dirty, I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been mopped in months. There were water stains and lots of dirt on the tile floors. If I took a paper towel to wipe up from water dripping off a pop ( does have refrigerator and microwave that work) the paper towel was nasty with dirt from the floor. The shower and toilet were clean but the woodwork and tile again were dirty. Don’t get me wrong I had a great visit with my daughter and granddaughter...

"Was honestly reluctant to book this property after reading a few particularly low reviews. But for the price of the property, the closeness to Truist Park. We decided to book our six nights stay at the comfort Inn and suites Ballpark. I am very happy we did the hotel was exactly what expected mind you it wasn’t five star it might need a little bit of updating but for the price it was well worth. "My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the experience was negative. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. I was spoken to harshly and felt embarrassed by the way I was treated in front of other guests. The atmosphere around the property was chaotic, with people arguing, babies crying, and a general sense of disorder. "Room was comfortable and clean, same with the hotel lobby, elevator, and halls. Close proximity to Marietta businesses, restaurants, and very nice to have the City Golf Club of Marietta onsite, especially for the driving range and chipping/ putting greens. The hotel bar and breakfast was excellent and priced reasonably."

"Rooms need to be update blankets and towels were stained. My blanket literally had a hole in it. The fire alarm battery needs to be change. It started to beep on my last day fortunately it was a few hours prior to leaving."
