"This hotel is a refurbished apartment building. I didn't care for it. The bathroom was dirty and had long black hair on the floor, not mine. The room smelled strange. I brought the condition of the bathroom to the attention of the front desk clerk the next morning (as it was not convenient to do so on the evening of our arrival). "This is like luxury hostel lodging - shared bathrooms and kitchen … the price is fantastic … my tv got 1 channel and thankfully it was HGTV! Very narrow and steep stairs - coffee every morning (probably after 8am) and a lovely balcony!"

"Everything was clean and staff were very nice... The only downside is they do not have ice on the premises you have a refrigerator with the freezer with trays but you have to wait for the ice to freeze. So make sure if you need ice you bring it with you!"

"Convenient location, clean room (asked for room to be tidied up on second evening as we left for dinner as was done right away) and a charming staff at the front desk and valet station. We stayed in main complex and daughter and son-in-law stayed on the hillside in a lovely room. If you have plans to go to Sausalito make plans to stay here. Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa. For sure…and the attached restaurant, Poggio Trattoria, was outstanding,..for a meal, cocktails in the afternoon and coffee...

"The best thing about the Lodge at Tiburon is the location. It’s so convenient to the waterfront and all the restaurants and shops located there. The room was adequate but nothing special. The AC worked well, and it was nice to have a small fridge. The downsides were that the blackout blinds were worn and didn’t block out all the light. The garbage wasn’t emptied every day, bathroom amenities were not replaced after the second day, nor were the tea bags I used in the morning. Finally, I got stuck...
