It's a small local community based in the bay, who all look out for eachother and keep it well (sometimes you need to charm them! 😄) Great location for beach access and secluded. We visited whilst the 300 festival happened and were involved with all the locals, their food, culture and music. We all had a dance. "This was a lovely stay right in the beach. The bed was firm. There are beach loungers and umbrellas available for rent from 0800-1900h. We enjoyed the beach well into the evening. There are plenty of restaurants for a delicious Italian meal with beautiful views. The hotel not readily accessible by car, but for €5 there is a golf cart that will drive you from the parking lot to the hotel. We were met by staff in the evening to take us to our room. "Gold Tower was amazing! It was our first time in Italy celebrating our 9 year wedding anniversary and i have nothing bad to say ! It was very clean and staff was always so welcoming and helpful. I’m a breastfeeding mom and although the rooms only had mini fridges , they had no issue properly storing my milk in their freezer during my week stay. This place runs on rules upon rules upon regulations, and the photos are doing heroic work—instead of an idyllic hillside retreat, you get a tired, austere little fiefdom that makes a Holiday Inn look like the Ritz.
