"Never a disappointment "

"Clean room, cozy environment, excellent location, good breakfast, and great service! However, depending on the room, there can be quite a bit of noise. It’s not so much from the street—which gets quieter at night—but more from inside the hotel, starting around 6 a.m."

"The only pro I can really say is the downstairs is really beautiful, but the rooms are definitely not worth $500 a night. I called twice about the AC not working. The room stayed at 76 even after they came up twice to look at it, and the toilets wouldn’t flush had to call them after they came up to look at it. They got it to flush, but then we proceeded to have issues with it not flushing, but it was so late. We just didn’t bother to call. "

"Before we had gotten there I had thought I paid the full amount including accidental fees. When I arrived there I had to pay an additional 200+ dollars for any damage done in the room and accidental fees. To then find out that valet parking is taking out of that charge. It was not enough communication. Room service came on our last day, sheets were not changed. I received wash clothes that had black spots on them. In order to go to the pool you have to reserve a spot. I was really shocked for...

"Incredible location and harbor views. Big room. Would have liked a regular duvet but it was a thinner one. Very friendly staff. I parked in a big parking garage called Harbor 5. I thought it was going to be payed for by the hotel but it wasn’t. $35 per 24 hours. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Check out was 12 noon which I liked. I would come back. "
