"One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Walls had holes, and the holes that had been filled in were not painted. Food from a previous guest was left in the refrigerator and I have no idea for how long. Opened the refrigerator door and it caused me to gag. No coffee maker. Manager had to track one down for us. No microwave. If you wanted to heat something up, you had to get dressed and go to the lobby. Sheets seemed clean, but the blanket had make-up stains on it. Requested maid...

"We have stayed here a number of times. The facilities are fine. We were extremely disappointed this past time. We stayed there three nights and never did they pick up used towels and washcloths, or empty trash. We were told they did it every other day. Even when we requested service to our room the after the second night, nothing was done. Don't know if front desk or cleaning staff dropped the ball. With just myself and wife, we ran out of kleenex adter one night, out of body wash and shampoo...

"The breakfast was good and had a nice variety each morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. However, the washers on-site did not work well, which was a bit inconvenient. Parking was also difficult some nights due to large trucks and trailers blocking spots."

"I am not sure the sheets had been changed. There was mascara on two of the pillow cases. The toilet had toilet paper in it that had not been flushed. I always bring sheets with me or I would have left the hotel. Would not recommend."

"Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that. Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things. We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed.
