"Beautiful place will be returning"

"Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms huge . Areas of wear and tear in rooms. The breakfast buffet was very poor worse one we’ve ever had. Hot food was luke warm. Lunch buffet worse than breakfast buffet . So much so we only used it twice we decided to pay to eat out despite having paid half board. Shame the food seriously lets the hotel down and belonging to such a large chain of hotels this should not be the case"

"Es un lugar donde no volvería, el alojamiento mediocre con unos muebles antiguos, la mesa del salon estaba que no se podía mover porque se rompia, pocas cosas en la cocina que son basicas, tienen un tendedero en un espacio de una mini terraza pero no tienen lavadora, lo peor me desapareció la tarjeta de crédito en mi habitación y lo comente en recepción y me dijeron que lo comunicariarn a dirección y no he recibido ni siquiera una llamada al respecto, pasotismo maximo. "

"Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. The late check out (which is included in the Prestige package depending availability) was a bit cumbersome to get arranged, we ended up having to talk to the hotel manager to use this benefit, but in...

"The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

"We had a lovely stay at Kikere Studios. The rooms were super clean and the bathrooms were spacious. There were even facilities to cook in the studio. The pool area and the area around the apartments were lovely and clean, and the location was great – just a short walk to the old town. Mario at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags at reception after check-out because we had a late night flight. We spent the rest of the day by the pool. We can’t fault the...
