"Friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms with good amenities. Huge pool and plenty of sunbeds. Great location right by the marina with plenty of bars/restaurants. Very quiet hotel which the vast majority seem to enjoy as many return year on year. Not a hotel for you if you like ‘in house’ entertainment. Probably not particularly ideal for youngsters either - again perhaps why guests tend to be a little older with no children. Clearly a winning formula as the hotel books out...

"Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine...

"Nice room. But I really didn’t like the cleaner simply walking in at 9am while I was getting ready for a shower. She did the same thing an hour later when I was working. Please tell staff they should at least knock and wait a few seconds for an answer before entering a room. The WiFi is not particularly good. The outdoor bars aren’t very nice and need more staff. The food was ok though nothing special."

"The property is beautiful and the staff were lovely and helpful. The only thing to be aware of is that it’s in the middle of nowhere with not even a shop in walking distance so if you don’t have a car it may not be right for you. It will cost you around €15 each way in a taxi to get into town. That was the only down side - everything else was amazing"

"Ideal location for what we wanted. Breakfast buffet included was lovely. Rooms nice and clean and towels provided for the pool area were a bonus as many places in pdc dont provide this."

El buffet de cenas es variado ya que cada día tiene una temática diferente y el buffet de desayunos me gustó mucho por contar con buena variedad de panes y de opciones saludables. "I have visited Lanzarote loads and have always stayed in Puerto del carmen. However, after my visit to these apartments I will definitely be back. I booked last minute and I have honestly never stayed in such an amazing place for the price. If your looking for a chilled out time the I recommend you stay here. My only negative if there has to be one is that there is. Omar conditioning but this would not stop me going back"
