"One of the best locations on the Gold Coast. The managers were excellent to deal with and made our stay most enjoyable. The views from our apartment were magnificent and the property had fantastic amenities. We would highly recommend The Waterford to anyone wanting a self contained apartment centrally located on the Gold Coast. We will be back."

"I had no issue with the property as we didn't stay there. We tried to book the property via the Hotel website for a date in June but there was no availability. However, the web site said that rooms were available via Expedia. I clicked on the link assuming that the dates we had already selected would carry accross. We booked a room in the Hotel through Expedia. We received a confirmation email and noted that the date booked was that day not the June date. We tried to call the number shown...

"Had a great stay. Fantastic location. Large 1 bedroom apartment. Very quick check in and was so impressed that i was able to have my room so early. Parking was easy and safe. Very clean room. It was quiet however the construction works across the road were not in progress due to the rain so i am not sure if it is noisy in the room when this construction is underway. Otherwise I would definitely stay again."

"I'm sure the other reviews have to be from fake bookings to Expedia via management to get such a high rating. I travel 6 months a year rely on reviews and this place is no where even a 6 rating our of 10. Staff couldn't speak english or help on check in. Room wasn't ready at 3pm, tried to show me another room which wasn't what I booked. Waited another 39 minutes sitting in our car ( due to rain and didn't want to lose the last car park) to have access to our room. Carpet was old and needed a...
