"The staff was professional. The gym is extremely small. The EV charger was NOT working. The breakfast was nice. Coffee is always available. The hotel is extremely noisy, not well insulated? You can hear others talking and definitely the highway outside. "

"Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun."

"Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "

"Tucked back behind a Walmart and other stores, navigation takes you behind a building and the little alley is a dumping ground. Bed is ok, breakfast is disappointing. Only coffee available to drink. No juice or other options. "

"Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait."

"My husband is an evangelist, and we travel to the area for almost a week visiting friends that are Missionaries. This Inn was more pleasant to stay yet than a Hilton or Hampton.. friendly staff that goes above and beyond, the room was clean. The property was clean. The pool area with a view of the lake was charming.. if I had to say one thing negative about this day, it would be that the pool was not heated or that they didn’t offer a Jacuzzi for cooler temperatures. Honestly, there is nothing...

"Amazing hotel. Huge rooms that are so well thought out. Night stands on both sides of both beds so everyone can have one. Tons of charging ports and outlets. A table on wheels that could be used as a desk, table, luggage rack. Breakfast was good with egg rounds, waffles. Beautiful outdoor space and walking path. Only “con” would be that you can hear the people above you moving/flushing toilets etc. but ask for the top floor of that is bothersome. Highly recommend!"

"The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. "
