"Same music on repeat in bar. Which is overpriced. Menu in restaurant was not diverse and is so expensive for was it is. £21 for a burger but the chair you sit at your table on is broken and tables all wobbly. It’s just a joke. "

"The hotel was nice and modern in a convenient location. There is a pub n grill downstairs as well as a starbucks which i thought was very convenient for a good meal n some coffee. There’s also a gym with swimming n jacuzzi which however you have to pay to use despite being a paying hotel guest. My only complaint was that our room was not cleaned even when we put a sign outside our door asking for it to be tidied up. The only thing that was done by housekeeping was a change of towels and that was it. At some point we had to ask for fresh sheets which we changed ourselves to atleast have a fresh bed to sleep in. If there’s anything to improve on it would be this. Other than that its an amazing hotel"

"Great location. Located on fun filled Oxford st. The room was nice, clean and perfect for a short stay. This is not in a quiet area. With that said we slept just fine. The rooms are well insulated. The breakfast was top notch. Great coffee. "
