"Breakfast was great. The staff were excellent."

"Breakfast was very good."

"Ruhige Zimmer, kostenlos parken"

"I think it is unfair to assume that everyone has a digital wallet and knows how to access your digital key. I was unsuccessful in getting on the app you kept sending and sending. In the room, you offer a physical card. Why can’t you afford that ahead of time? I did not mind making a stop at your sister hotel to get his card. But I had to go through the frustrating steps with your AI robot and I believe a real person. If a guest indicates no interest in doing this digitally, they should not...

"Alles war sauber. Leider defekter Fön. Ersatz war zweckmäßig. Personal freundlich. Parken top."

"An amazing stay! The owner could not have been more charming and welcoming! And the breakfast was top notch!"

"Helt fantastiskt ställe! Personalen var underbar och välkomnande, lägenheten ren, välutrustad och mysig och allt fungerade bra. Barnen älskade stället med kattungar och kor. Nära allt, vi hade bil och gjorde dagsutflykter, vilket var väldigt smidigt. Hit kommer vi tillbaka! Stark rekommendation."

"Sie setzen deine Wünsche perfekt um"

"Zeer mooie locatie midden in de stad. Perfecte spot om een hardloopronde mee te starten. Parkeren is soms wel een uitdaging maar als je goed kijkt zijn er voldoende plekken om te parkeren."

"This hotel is special, great staff, nice modern rooms and bathrooms, superb restaurant and bar. We stayed for six nights, was meant to be seven but staff were okay with the shortened stay, helpful in amending the booking and a room refund. Free parking was a bonus. Having an in-house bar and restaurant meant you could easily access great coffee, drinks and excellent classy meals. We come to the Netherlands regularly and would be back here in a heartbeat."

"It was perfect for a brief overnight stop after a day of traveling. Clean, safe, and comfortable with convenient parking. The hotel restaurant has great food."

"Citizen M is located directly across the road from the Markt Hall which from an aesthetic point of view beautiful but also full of an amazing array of foods, perfect after a days sightseeing. The hotel itself is self check in and out which suited me fine but there are always members of staff around to help you,the rooms are spacious and the bed absolutely huge and very comfortable. All operated by an i-pad which is a nice touch and very easy to use even if you are not computer/tablet savvy. The...

"This was an adorable boutique hotel within 5 mins drive to the cruise port and within walking distance to the heart of Rotterdam. Our particular room was the “romantic suite” and was enormous with a bathroom area as big as the room itself! Tastefully decorated and welcoming! The lobby sitting area was cozy and had coffee, etc as well as a small bar and light snacks. They serve breakfast in their quaint kitchen and it was delicious as well as very convenient before we embarked on our cruise. I...

"Quiet apartment where catered for ourselves. There was a good sized fridge, microwave and hob to use. Quirky arrangement as no handwashing facilities in the toilet - had to use bathroom which meant if someone was using bathroom you couldn't immediately wash hands. The water in the shower was extremely hot and it wasn't possible to stand directly under the shower. You had to stand in front and wash. It would not be safe for children to use."

"We stayed here as part of my Birthday Trip. Staff greeted me immediately during check in and had our roomy available with a cute surprise waiting for me. The hotel is very vibrant and cool. I enjoyed using the gym and it’s cool that there is also a food hall and bar connected to the hotel. Highly Recommended when in Rotterdam"
