"Traveled with family. We stayed in chalet 1. This included 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has its own bathroom and shower. There is a patio in that room as well. The other 2 rooms were spacious and all beds were comfortable. The downstairs has 2 full bathroom and showers. This was nice as each family had their own space. Additionally, this specific chalet, has 3 designated parking spots which was confirmed with the staff. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. The entire place was nice and clean...

"Enjoyed the modern aesthetic of the room. It was also very clean and seemed well maintained. Loved that Heavenly Village was walking distance and there were plenty of electric scooters to rent in the area if you’re feeling lazy to walk. The only real downside for me was how soft the bedding was. Mattress and pillows were too soft for my taste and I couldn’t really get a good nights rest. Also, would have been nice to chill outside in the fire pit area but it was closed the entire time during my...

"We like the proximity of the location to the lake and the village. We love that they had scooter access if you so choose too and did not want to walk. We did not have cleaning service and there was six of us and so there was a shortage of towels but we were able to go to the front desk and get a few a day. I would recommend bringing your own towels whether for the pool or the beach. They do have a nice discount for the beach versus what the public pays."

"We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
