Grosero me dijo que no tenía ninguna reservación por expedía y no había internet le dije que si me podía dar la clave del wifi y ni siquiera espero a que yo buscara mi reservación y me cobró una vez más. Fue un grosero. Por otro lado todo estuvo bien. Solo estuve una noche ahí, la mañana siguiente si había un muchacho muy atento. En recepción"

"We needed a room for one night after the Tahoe 200. They accommodated my early check in request, communication was quick and check in was easy. No real amenities but overall the stay was pleasant. Desk staff was helpful and friendly."

"The buffet was great! The room was clean when we arrived. The only issues we had was the parking is very expense $50 per night and the hotel was nice but the cost was a bit expensive. You can stay down the street at the Hilton Vacation Club and it's just as nice of a hotel as here but it's less expensive plus it's right on the lake."

"Bed covers were stained, AC didn’t go below 71, also the price you pay doesn’t include parking which was 20 dollars for self parking and an additional 35 dollars for a resort fee. Why don’t they just put the total when you reserve the room. So I wasn’t too happy about that and also they don’t give you anything complementary. What a bunch of cheapskates"
