"Great location. Huge hot tub. Easy access if traveling with a dog. Comfy bed. Could be improved- sheets were too big for mattress and shifted all over, shower curtain was too small so water is constantly spraying out of the shower onto the bathroom floor making a wet mess."

"TV remote was missing and I looked for it under and behind the drawer. I found empty soda bottles and food wrappers. No Tv remote was found. I asked for a replacement TV remote. Service was not answering the call immediately. My call was put on hold then disconnected. It took me several calls and a couple of hours to ask for the replacement. The house service brought a replacement while we were out for dinner which didn’t work with the TV in our room."
