See photos for the actual property. Rubbish piled up in a corner outside as well. The entire building smelled vaguely like cigarette smoke. It is in a fairly advanced state of neglect. "I wouldn’t really say I’m a fussy person, I can put up with a lot and I’m quite resilient but my ‘stay’ at The Jersey Arms hotel was a very good way to force some impromptu character development and really make me contemplate a lot of my life choices.
