"The entire room was absolutely filthy, from the floors to the walls to the shower. There was even pet food on the floor from the people before us. The toilet seat was broken. I mean completely cracked on the seat itself. We had to wrap a wash cloth around it to use the toilet and not get hurt. Mind you we didn' t wanna stay, but we were away from home and it was very late. The next morning we let the front desk know. They had the cleaning staff clean a bit more and replaced the toilet...

"I normally do not give a bad review but from the moment we walked into the front office to check in, it was not good. The lobby smelled like a cat litter box and wet dog. The room was neat but that is as far as the compliments go. We had no hot water the 3 days we were there. The staff was notified and that was the extent of it.
