"We had to left the apartment 20 minutes after arrival. There was an infestetation of croackarages and bed bugs. The bed sheets and the curtains were stain with blood spots and dirty. They offered us a new apartment and we checked it but it was worse.
That property should not be advertised."

"The place was amazing! Check in process smooth with lockbox. I got a video on how to get into the building, so its impossible to miss it. Had shampoo, bodywash, hand soap, everything you need. Very clean, two bathrooms, quiet. Upstairs bedroom was beautiful, Milan Retreats are very responsive, reply almost right away. Two balcony views, view is over a park, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, 8 minute walk to metro. Peaceful area, absolutely no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend. Smelled...

"Hébergement très propre et confortable avec une terrasse agréable. Bien situé, dans un quartier dynamique et animé, à une distance de marche des canaux. Facilement accessible en transport en commun ou vélo libre service. Le personnel est extrêmement aidant. "Terrible hospedaje, enlisto todo:
1) el colchón de la cama duro, viejo, con resortes de fuera, las almohadas en pésimas condiciones, el edredón asqueroso con manchas (no limpio) Estuvimos 5 noches y no pudimos descansar
2) el ruido de las demás habitantes, no dejan dormir y nadie controla, obvio también se escuchan los trenes en la madrugada (pero eso no es cosa del hospedaje)
3) asiento de la tasa de baño roto
4) El espacio es diminuto, de piso a techo no hay más de 1.80 en el pasillo y baño...

"My family and I stayed at this apartment for 4 days. The location was very convenient, train station was just a block down, a lot of shops around. The apartment itself was great, well clean, very organized, two nice bathroom, spacious room, kitchen area was all brand new. Easy access to laundry on the first floor, Iron available at the Laundry area. Nice area, nice place."
