"Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was just a 3-4 minute walk from gate 305 of Masjid-e-Nabawi. Recently renovated hotel had clean, well furnished, and well stocked rooms. Mattresses were not that comfortable and need to be upgraded. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. A decent coffee shop was next to the hotel entrance. The hotel was a 3-4 minutes walk from a newly built shopping area with a two-floor food court. Will stay again, insha’Allah."

"We stayed here for 3 nights. This is a fantastic hotel, very professionally managed. The breakfast is of a very high standard. Some of the presentation is a work of art! The dining staff are quietly efficient. Free parking slots are available around the hotel and further parking in the basement. It is a 30 min walk to the mosque and quite well placed for most historical sight seeing on the south side of Madinah. The reception staff are friendly and booking in process was quick. The rooms are beautifully decorated in warm friendly colours.They are clean and spacious. You get real value for money for quality on offer. "
