"Very nice hotel in a perfect location. It does say the rooms are soundproofed but the call to prayer each morning being played outside is very loud and will wake you up early. But a minor point. Overall a very good stay and I would happily stay here again, and recommend to others visiting Istanbul."

"The hotel is great, couldn’t help enough, even the cleaning staff. Anything we wanted was only a phone call away. Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The room was amazing, with a lot of the finer touches that you wouldn’t get in other hotels, even a turn down service before bed. Definitely 5* and would wholeheartedly recommend a stay."

"Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town (so the roads around are narrow and hilly - but so is most of Istanbul) The area is safe, bustling with local shops and literally a 10 minute walk from all the famous sights in the old town. That includes the ferries and cruise suppliers. The rooftoo restaurant has exactly the views you see in the hotels website...its beautiful having breakfast and evening meal up there. We used the spa and you can use all the amenities including pool, sauna, steam room...

"Wir waren zu viert und hatten 2 Doppelzimmer. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Das Hotel war sehr zentral und ca. zum Hafen sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Auf dem Weg dorthin viele Geschäfte zum einkaufen. Man hatte im Hotel 24/7 einen Ansprechpartner Herr Osman und sein Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
