"While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property."

"I only stayed one night so I can only comment on a few things. Our room was clean and the staff I engaged with was friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that there is a $9 fee for a parking pass for their lot. I think that’s ridiculous. I travel often and I’ve never been charged a fee to park in the hotels lot."

"Lovely room - very spacious. Comfortable, big bed. Shower had good water pressure which was nice. Didn’t use many of the amenities as we were there for sight seeing but lobby/bar was very nice, had a quick drink there. Only downside was the coffee they offered in the morning was very expensive and tasted awful. They should offer free coffee or if they’re going to charge that much, should offer options for better flavors (creamers, syrups etc). "

"Several issues made this a disappointing experience. The bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning, making the bathroom stuffy and unusable. More concerning, guests were openly smoking marijuana at the main entrance, which was unpleasant and inappropriate. "They had a great breakfast every day. And the staff was very orderly and consistent with the cleanup. Very polite and courteous and helpful. The bedding on the beds were comfortable, but they were so thin. I asked for two extra blankets. There was no body lotion which I had to ask for. There wasn’t a bathtub which I missed.
