"They charge you for parking to a 3rd party app you have to register to after the fact as complete BS and way to tax you when there is no limited space or lack of parking in this wide open rural area. Wake up to find parking ticket on your car after arriving midnight. Hotel, dog, and parking ended up towards $300 for a single night as stop off while commuting FL to CT. Much better places available. Avoid this stupid pllace."

"I travel alot and this hotel was such a welcome experience. I was greet so enthusiastic when I entered and I felt that the front desk really cared about my stay. The hotel lobby smelled wonderfully and was very clean. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was wonderful. "I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and amenities. The best part of my experience was engaging with staff. The professionalism exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with, provided the utmost customer service support. I would like to acknowledge Ty, and her leadership skills. I witnessed a few unforseen situations that was out of her hands; for instance, the key cards were not working and she had two guests in line....

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was a huge disappointment. I arrived after 11 PM and had no alternative but to stay one night. The room was in terrible condition: the bedspread had a lot of stains, the sheets looked dirty with hairs and some other stuff, the furniture was old and heavily damaged, the shower curtain was torn, and the bathtub was dirty. "I stayed here for three nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the pool, we had it all ourselves because it wasn’t that hot so we were the only ones there. Breakfast was decent although the beverage machine didn’t work one day and we weren’t offered any alternatives. I would stay again."
