"I stay at Hilton hotels almost every time across the US and I don’t recall ever leaving a bad review. Check in staff not helpful at all. Room was newly renovated and clean, but the door lock didn’t work. Had to swipe the card 6 or 7 times for it to open every time. There are 2 small lights in the room. Very dark. "This was our second time staying here and we love this place! Staff is very helpful, and made the effort to communicate with us, using our very limited Spanish. Trees and flowers are beautiful here. Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good.
