"The most magical, beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. If you’re ever in Auckland, treat yourself one night to this beautiful cottage - and ask for the Olive Cottage if possible! You get a private path right to the vineyard/ restaurant! Everything was just perfect during our stay. And the sunsets are breathtaking. Plus the amazing staff leaves fresh breakfast for you each day!"

"We liked the light and beach feel of the room. We liked the daily service of the room and the fruit and chocolates, Good to be able to stay in the middle of town and the breakfast arrangement was great. Overall we will be back."

"Good locations, on 502 bus route with bus stop less than 5min walk. Hosts are not only friendly, also super helpful with our questions. Beautiful place, inside and out. Wish we stay longer , have an early morning to listen to the bird songs. "

"The staff are kind and friendly but Internet barely works, if you are willing to wait 30 seconds to a minute for anything to load then feel free to stay here, plus only works in certain parts of the room, the tvs are hit or miss depending on the room, the rooms get the bare minimum cleaning and maintanence. People drive out the driveway the wrong way all the time plus have zero consideration for others in the world. Worth maybe $10 per night less without some investment."

"I booked this place even though it was a little dearer than Waiheke Resort next door, because the other place had a few bad reviews about check-in only being open between 2-4pm etc, and the bar was closed early etc. So we rocked up at nearly 4pm to check in, and wow it’s the same place!! "

"The check-in and check-out process was super easy (we were allowed to do late check-in!). The apartment was super clean, spacious and ideal for longer stays since it has a kitchen equipped with all the needed supplies. They even gave us milk for coffee/tea. The location is amazing since is it a 2min walk to the beach and close to the bus stop to travel to wineries on the island. Highly recommend!"

Great location handy to supermarkets & shops. Will recommend to family & friends and definitely stay again "

"The location was ideal. The room was dated but fine. It looked like the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from last guest and there were a lot of ants. We were also asked to pay a deposit when we arrived, which I wasn't aware of and eventually they let it go but not without having to get upset about it."
