"Disney Hotel partner. This hotel offered free shuttle bus to and from Disney theme park. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also great. There was convenient store inside the hotel and washing machine too. It's perfect for staying with kids. Definitely will stay here again next time."

"Superb location, right in the centre of Ueno with enough bustling yet with space and peace at the same time. Close to multiple train stations within 3-5 minutes walk, and Ameyoko shopping street! Many good restaurants around too. It’s very welcoming to return to this brightly lit hotel every day. Room was spacious for a solo traveller, bed was huge and comfortable. Staff were also really helpful and friendly. Would stay again!"

"The positives: Our large and comfortable twin share room on the 22nd floor with a magnificent view of the superb Skytree. The room was spacious, clean and consistently maintained by housekeeping. "We stayed for one night and kept our luggages at the concierge since we only bring cabin luggages to our 3 days Osaka trip. We specifically asked for the luggages to be delivered to our room when we return back and would stay for another 6 nights. They didn’t do that and acted like nothing happened. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass. If the price is the same I will recommend Royal Park Shiodome being closer to train station and convenient stores and they have 2 treadmills. This hotel only have one treadmill which mean I have to get up so early in order to beat the rest of the guests for it. Not a bad hotel if you get a good price for it "
