The staff was wonderful, the room spacious and clean, the rooftop bar and pool were amazing (the views!) and the food at Merois just delicious. The bed and pillows are amazing. I slept so good while we stayed there. The grounds are so beautiful. There is a koi pond and the short walking paths are just done up so beautifully. I loved everything about our stay at the Sunset Marquis. I will definitely be staying at the Sunset Marquis every time we come...

"pros: the rooms are spacious, which is good for families that have kid's, my children loved that there was an ice cream machine and a coke machine and how nice the staff were, and that there were free snacks. Cons: the floor was a bit dirty and the tables were kinda sticky, and the things are a bit old."

"The staff is amazing. It is more of a retro boutique vibe so if you’re used to the more chain, vanilla type places, you may not love it. The location cannot be beat in my opinion, being right across the street from the Farmers Market with tons of dining options around. A Trader Joes and CVS 5m walk. Tons of shopping at The Grove also next to the Farmer's Market. Also found the location quite central to the other places we went. I will come back."
