"I wasn’t happy that we were charged $25 a day for an amenity we didn’t use. A pool of all things that should be included in the hotel fee. The bathroom light not only turns on the bathroom light but the room outside the bathroom. So I’m disturbing the sleeping person just to use the bathroom. The bathtub had rust,mold? Around the grout line."

"Clean room. Nice and helpful front desk staff. Housekeeping does a great job! Nice pool with lots of places to hang out. Good music every night and so close to the beach! Perfect place to stay!"

"The screen doors were torn and off track. The curtains didn’t close all the way. The spa was too expensive. The staff was fantastic! Especially Hunter, Kai, and the two young ladies that gave us wonderful rides on the golf carts. The yoga class was excellent. The air conditioning needed to be cooler as needed, and the bathrooms were WAY too hot. The lady that checked us in and out was great! The pool and hot tub were wonderful."

"The Grand Wailea is more than grand! You will not regret going there, unless you are a constantly angry, miserable soul. Even then, I believe the Grand Wailea can sweep those miseries away. Is it expensive, yes. Is it worth it, absolutely."
