Multiple stays at the property & they don’t disappoint. Great new building, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Located walkable to lightrail (earplugs provided). If you are allergic be aware it is pet friendly (though very clean). Family friendly and indoor pool is a plus!

Ballard's sweet suites
The check-in process was very easy and communication with the host (Vince) was fantastic. The shared communal area on the first floor looked very clean and modern with all of the appliances. The Sweetest Suite - 91 Walkscore
Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money.
