"I’ve stayed here twice and both times had showers that were really tubs that drained slowly, which left me standing in 6 inches of water. Also, this time, construction in the lobby meant there were no accessible stairs, so you had to wait, and wait, for one of the three elevators serving 24 floors."

"Lobby was nice. Room was nice. Room service was good. The downside is you are almost forced to plan your entire day around waiting for the valet. Upon check in we were advised to give them 10 minutes to get our car when needed. It regularly took AN HOUR to receive our vehicle. They had a group of attendants standing around at the valet desk but only had 1 person retrieving vehicles from the parking garage. 10-15 minutes is acceptable, not an hour! "

"The staff was exceptional from the valet that greeted us to the gentleman that checked us in at the front desk, and the bell person that showed us to the room. Not to mention the lady that checked us out. And the valet that brought us the car. Everyone was very present, courteous and effective in giving us a great experience. "

"We were very disappointed with our stay, especially given the accessibility needs of my adult son, who has cerebral palsy. The hotel charges $25 per day for parking, which was not clearly communicated ahead of time. There is also no complimentary breakfast, which felt disappointing for the cost of the stay. While there is a ramp leading to the pool area, the pool itself is not fully accessible. There is no pool chair lift, so my son was unable to use the pool at all. We stayed in an ADA room, but the beds were extremely high. My son could not safely transfer from his wheelchair to the bed without me physically lifting him, which defeats the purpose of an accessible room and posed a safety concern for both of us. In addition to these issues, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, which made an already frustrating experience worse. We choose hotels carefully based on accessibility, and unfortunately this property did not meet our needs. I would not recommend it to travelers with mobility needs or families relying on ADA accommodations."
