"Stayed the night before an early flight and it was absolutely perfect! Clean, comfy and so quiet which was impressive as my room overlooked the runway. So cool watching the planes land and take off! …. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"Missold hotel, more like a hostel. Old building no staff available with main door left open when we arrived leaving people very vulnerable. Lex the member of staff at this place lied to Expedia team, telling them that we checked in but hadn't checked out knowing that we had refused to stay there and had asked for a refund which they are refusing! We ended up staying at Gatwick all night until our flight. Not a great start to our holiday. Reviews are questionable. DO NOT STAY THERE!!"

"Our room was beautiful with a lovely Juliet balcony over looking the gardens. The room was spotless and the toiletries were super useful. The staff were really helpful, especially at breakfast when I could not decide what to have! We regret not bringing swim/gym wear to use the gum and swimming facilities."

"Guestling Hall is een traditioneel Engelse Hall. Personnel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We konden eerder inchecken wat super fijn was. We verbleven daar een nacht op doorreis naar de Eurotunnel."

"Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat. A wonderful workout ensued in their very well-equipped gym set up. This was followed by a powerful shower and I went to dine nearby. Had a great night's sleep before a well-cooked breakfast got my day started perfectly. Can't wait to come back."
